吸引客戶的無非就是從客戶的利益點、興趣、好奇點等出發,可以是介紹你的產品售后需求少,節省人力,節省成本,也可以給客戶發去他網站產品,他就會好奇你是不是他的客戶,而當客戶主動提問,你就可以將他引導你想要了解的方面上了。

第一種,請教法。我們可以用請教的口吻來跟客戶聊天。
